Jason Kimbrow is a pastor, leader, and coach with more than 24 years of experience leading people, building teams, developing leaders, and growing organizations. He currently serves as the founder and lead pastor of Legacy Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Throughout his career, Jason has served in a variety of executive and leadership roles, giving him extensive experience in organizational leadership, communication, team development, strategic thinking, and navigating the unique situations that come with leading people and building something that matters.

As a coach, Jason works primarily with business owners and executives, helping them become stronger leaders, better communicators, and more intentional team builders. He brings a creative and practical approach to coaching β helping leaders see challenges from a different perspective and turn ideas into real, actionable next steps. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Pastoral Studies from Central Baptist College and a master's degree in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. Jason and his wife Ashley have been married 23 years and have four children β McAllister, Pierce, Eve, and Knox. Outside of work, Jason enjoys sports, golf, the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.
