Brook Mosser brings nearly two decades of pastoral and leadership experience, helping people build lives and families rooted in intentional faith. He is the President of Intentional, a growing nonprofit and movement focused on spiritual formation in the family through marriage, parenting, fatherhood, and discipleship.

Alongside his wife Elizabeth, Brook co-leads retreats, speaks at conferences and churches around the world, and hosts both the Intentional Parents Podcast and the Intentional Fatherhood Podcast. He is the author of Sowing a Hidden Seed: Daily Prayers for Your Child's Spiritual Growth and is known for blending theology, leadership, psychology, and honest storytelling in a way that is practical, hopeful, and deeply human.
Brook and Elizabeth have been married for nearly two decades and are raising four children, ages 17 to 8, in Bend, Oregon. Whether he's coaching leaders, teaching on stage, recording podcasts, or jumping into a cold plunge before sunrise, Brook is passionate about helping people become spiritually healthy leaders at home, at work, and in the world around them.
